I founded COPEDA after twenty-plus years inside global organizations - from enterprise technology to industrial manufacturing to life sciences, where my work has always sat at the intersection of strategy, operations, and how people actually work together to deliver outcomes.
I built COPEDA because the work I am best at - designing the operating reality that lets leadership intent become how an organization actually functions. This is the work the market needs most right now, and is also the work that is hardest to find done well. While there are firms that are experts at one end of the strategy-to-execution spectrum, COPEDA exists to connect both ends of that spectrum.
EXPERIENCE
Over the course of my career, I have led strategy, transformation, and operating model work for organizations ranging from a hundred to over twenty thousand employees, across more than 20 countries. My experience spans enterprise technology, manufacturing, life sciences, and professional services - and the work has consistently sat at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and people.
Most recently, inside one of the largest enterprise technology organizations, I designed regional growth strategies, built portfolio planning frameworks for a multi-hundred-million-dollar product portfolio, and led the design and rollout of AI-enabled agents that delivered measurable efficiency gains. Earlier in my career, I led business transformation work inside a global consulting firm and built a global internal advisory organization at a multinational life sciences company, supporting the CIO and Chief Procurement Officer. Before that, in the automotive manufacturing sector, I led global procurement and supplier development across Europe, scaled shared services operations from 70 to 800 people, and ran manufacturing program management for major automotive OEMs.
The thread across all of it is the same. Bringing structure to ambiguity. Aligning leadership and stakeholders around a shared direction. Embedding the governance, metrics, operating cadence, and leveraging technology that lets change continue to deliver value long after the initial work is done.
BACKGROUND
I hold an MBA from Nottingham Trent University, I am AWS Certified AI Practitioner, and I work daily with leading AI tools as part of how COPEDA itself is operated.
I was born in the Czech Republic, have lived and worked in the United States and the Netherlands, and have led engagements in more than twenty countries. That international experience is part of how I see the work. Most operating model problems and most AI integration problems look different across cultures and structures, and the best designs are the ones that respect that.
I am based in the San Francisco Bay Area. COPEDA serves clients across North America and Europe, and engagements are delivered both on-site and remotely depending on what the work requires.
